David Yearwood

DAVID YEARWOOD was born in Barbados on March 16th 1963 and took up photography in 1984 as a hobby with a 35MM Olympus OM10 Camera.

Between 1989 and 1999 David became the most awarded photographer in the island with three
Prestigious Pierce Tappin Awards of Excellence, and eighteen gold, twenty-two silver and double AGFA awards.

His work has been published in both local and International magazines, calendars and books.

With his knowledge of the art form David now conduct workshops on the Fundamentals of Photography and teaches photography at the Secondary School level.
